Returns

If you change your mind about an eligible item purchased through our website, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Sealed products must remain factory sealed.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading card products, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described:
- Individual trading cards (Singles)
- Graded cards
- Mystery products
- Lucky dips
- Auction purchases
- Opened booster packs
- Opened booster boxes
- Opened accessories
- Any product with broken seals
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs significantly from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Another suitable resolution
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account after processing.

European Union Customers

Shipping Issues
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for missing orders should be made within 30 days of dispatch.
We will work with the courier to investigate before issuing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
