Order Processing

Bibby Binder aims to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or events, processing times may be extended.


UK Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–4 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

  • Other courier services: Estimated at checkout

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.


International Shipping

Bibby Binder ships to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location, customs processing, and local postal services.

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • VAT

  • GST

  • Local taxes

  • Administrative fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.

Bibby Binder is unable to refund customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by third parties.


Packaging Standards

All products are packaged with care using appropriate protective materials.

Trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, and accessories are packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Bibby Binder is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the relevant carrier.

Orders may be considered lost only after the carrier's investigation period has concluded.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made once the investigation has been completed.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

This allows us to assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.


Risk of Loss

Ownership and responsibility for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
