A fantastic Steelix Secret Rare from Cosmic Eclipse, featuring Steelix alongside its iconic Trainer, Jasmine, the Steel-type Gym Leader of Olivine City.

This is one of the character-focused cards that helped pave the way for the later Trainer Gallery concept. The artwork shows the normally reserved Jasmine striking a much more energetic pose alongside her enormous Steelix, giving the card loads of personality.
