Elgyem 126/086 & Beheeyem 127/086 Black Bolt AR JPN

A fantastic matching Elgyem and Beheeyem Art Rare pair from the Japanese Black Bolt set, bringing together two wonderfully strange Pokémon with two very different pieces of artwork.

Elgyem has always carried an extraterrestrial mystery. According to Pokémon lore, it suddenly appeared in the desert around 50 years ago, leading to rumours that it may have come from outer space. Its Art Rare embraces that idea beautifully, placing Elgyem against an intensely colourful, almost alien-looking landscape filled with unusual plants and vivid pink, orange and purple skies.

Then the atmosphere changes completely with Beheeyem.

The evolved form appears floating through a dark, industrial-looking environment, surrounded by pipes and machinery. Beheeyem is known for its powerful psychic abilities and its ability to manipulate memories, giving the much darker artwork an appropriately eerie, mysterious feeling.

Placed together, the two cards make a particularly interesting binder pairing: Elgyem 126/086 is bright, colourful and otherworldly, while Beheeyem 127/086 is dark, unsettling and almost science-fiction horror in style.

Being consecutively numbered 126/086 and 127/086 makes them even nicer to display together as a matching evolutionary pair.
